KAAGAPAY SA MISYON By: Fr. Francisco Antonio, OAR Kaagapay sa Misyon is a non-profit mission support group established by the Recollect Province of St. Ezekiel Moreno to: 1. Awaken and gradually develop mission support consciousness and participation among religious and the laity in our missionary endeavors. 2. Create awareness of the life and needs of the Churches and people in mission territories, through exchange of news, sharing of spiritual values, moral and material support. 3. Promote and develop missionary vocations. 4. Help support fundraising campaigns for the mission. |

We are all instruments through which God wants to be present among those who not yet known Him and His message. We are all missionaries (Jn 20:21; Lk 10:3). Jesus’ mission is your mission. But you need not go to the mission territories to be a missionary. You can be MISSIONARIES in your own homes, schools, workplaces … right there where you are now by joining the Kaagapay sa Misyon as support group and partners in our mission endeavors.
A group of Recollect missionaries is now stationed in Sierra Leone, West Africa—a nation where thousands are still stalked by poverty and lack of opportunities. The country remains physically and spiritually immersed in difficulties that torment thousands of people. The task of evangelization in Sierra Leone is arduous and the area is immense… and we cannot do it all alone by ourselves. We truly need your generous SUPPORT!!!
The Recollect missionaries in Sierra Leone rely on the generous support of benefactors, their families and friends, hopefully to offer the natives in Sierra Leone a better future over the years through education, healthy services, spiritual, moral and values formation and other programs which will help satisfy the fundamental needs of the poor in Sierra Leone.
Let the virtues of hope and love drive us to help these people who are on the edge of the road, marginalized and almost abandoned. By your financial, moral and spiritual support, you can HELP share the GOOD NEWS and build Christian communities.
